A local radio station has a pre-sale for a show @ a venue that holds about 15,000 people. I pulled up the "best available" seats using the pre-sale and the seats suck. There HAS to be better seats available when they go onsale to the public....right?

I purchased two pre-sale tickets for a concert. Each ticket has a seat number so does that mean the seats are 100% assigned? Those are also "General Admission" tickets,what does that exactly mean? I'm so confused..
