I'm using InDesign CS4, I have set up the bleed area and everything, but every time I print, it prints with white edges. So, my egdes don't bleed. I have looked at every setting that I can think of, what else could be making it do this?

I saw a picture that I would like to print out, frame and give to somebody as a birthday gift. I don't have a color printer and don't want it on regular paper. I would like it in color and on gloss paper so it looks like a real photo. Anybody have any idea how I can get this done?
