    tecumseh OH195EA 6hp....when i go to start it it is kind of hard to pull and...

    ...sometimes it will rip back? when i go to start it it sometimes pulls back to the engine and hurts my arm...anyone know how to fix it....it never did that until i took off the side cover today (because someone put a bolt in where i pour my oil) now it runs like crap and will rip the recoil...
