    Additional costs to hunting land purchase?

    I am looking into buying some land to hunt on. Besides the mortgage, property taxes, and prime mortgage insurance are there any other costs that I have figured into my monthly payment? Will I have to carry any insurance on the property, there are not any structures on it?
