...a data plan to activate it? I was reading a little bit about the mandatory data plans for any smart devices after nov.18 and was wondering since the motorola Q9m was made in 2007 will I still have to have a data plan.

Ok I ordered a new battery for my phone Motorola Q9m and if i take it out and replace it with a new one, is it going to wipe out everything I have like numbers and pictures etc????
