Ok, i love this phone and alll but i just ran into a little problem. My friend sent me a picture to my phone I saw it and everything I was going to save it and everything but i forgot. No big deal I was going to do it this morning and the text is still there but the picture isnt? strange...

For some reason when ever I hit my quickfire it looks like it is going to turn off, but it locks,the password lock. I didnt know if its supposed to or not so can you please help me b/c i want to return it but im over the 30 day return policy so i want to know if this i serious or not.
