I have the Motorola Razr and I have an issue. When charging only a white light will come on. When I try to start the phone the ONLY screen that comes up is the "Dual Core" Screen. I've tried the Volume Down + Power Reboot and it hasn't worked. any suggestions?

I don't mind about the cost, which one should i go for and why
