I am trying to hook up my iPod to my generic car stereo without using an FM transmitter, etc. I am thinking that If I have an RCA jack on my stereo (maybe for the cd changer?) then I can use a RCA to 1/8 " adapter to plug right into my iPod. My stereo is a RCA model RS 2620. I get power to it but no sound comes out of the speakers. I have tested the speakers out with another stereo, and they work, so I know it's not a problem with the speakers. How do I fix this?
