    How do i get my samsung reality's screen to work?

    it shut down and now only the keys light up and my phone is turned on but the screen wont appear but i can still hear and feel the vibrate and i know im pushing buttons how do i get it to work again is it broken do i need to go to verizon or can i fix it? please and thank you

    Verizon Reality "0" at the end of each text?
