    For celeb measurements, is the waist measurement referring to the smallest part, or

    around the bellybutton? Just wondering because my gym measures it at the bellybutton, but for clothing it usually refers to the smallest part of the torso, right beneath the ribcage...I'm talking about sites like Chickipedia and stuff like that, I have no idea what they're referring to.
