Hi! Few days ago I've been to VW mechanic to change a loom wire on cylinder number 2... But since then I've got a feeling that my acceleration is rubbish... I can make 40 mph with no problem but if I want to do more it just takes ages... Once on 60-65 mph car goes without problem... And one more...

I have a 2001 reg vw beetle the boot will not open, neither the button on the drivers door or the button on the key will open it. Also it does not have a key hole on the boot so it can not be opened that way, possible either fuse gone or motor anyone any ideas.

the immobiliser light comes on the key fob but no response, when I open the car door the alarm dos'nt go off like it use to, can anybody tell me whats the problem is, any help really appreciated. The battery is ok has been checked and it is fully charged.
