This may sound stupid but I just need to know if I Push it in and springs push it out? or do I just pull it out? Either way, this lil guy is giving me problems. Help me out!

When I download Torrents i usually seed till the ratio is like 6 then i remove them. I want to know if the torrent get updated coz the number of seeders and leechers stays the same and if removing the torrent puts all my seeding to waste
