We want to start our trip in Michigan, go down to Texas, west to Arizona and back to Michigan in 2 weeks. Does any one know why SUVs are expensive to rent than cars of the same price? Example: Toyota RAV4 (Sticker price: $21K) - Rental $65/day from SJC Chevy Impala (Sticker price: $24K) - Rental $36/Day from SJC. SJC - San Jose Airport. I just picked it randomly.
