    Whose responsibility is it to pick up fallen trees on your rental property?

    Yours or the manager? I live in a house and pay my rent and mow my lawn. We were recently involved in a huge ice storm that did a lot of damage and I have trees all over my yard. Is it the manager's responsibility to have those trees removed, the city's, or ours? I haven't said or done...
