My hard disk crashed and I lost all my ipod/ ipad apps on itunes, is there any way that I can download them all again at once?

I mistakenly closed a note widget that I had from the gaget section on my laptop. It had all kinds of notes built up ever since i've had this laptop, mostly songs that i like. Anyway just wondering if anybody knows of a way to get this info back or is it gone forever ever?

I have a rooted android and have since started deleting some of the factory bloat ware.I deleted google talk and now cant download any apps from the market.Is there a way I can restore the g talk,or perhaps another way around this problem?Thanks

You should always back up your phone before updating. But if all goes smoothly it should install the new software and you shouldn't lose anything.
