Prep, marinade, cook time is not an issue. I am just looking for a good method of preparing and cooking tender, flavorful beef ribs. And yeah, they gotta be beef; my wife doesn't like pork too well.
BTW, not looking for grill recipes and methods right now.
Just need to know as I am taking them out of the marinate to sit for a about 15 minutes then throwing the ribs on the gril bone side down. but how long should they stay on the grill for?
I bought a pack of 'bone-in simmering braising short ribs'.
They are only about 1/2 an inch thick, maybe a little thinner.
I have no idea how to cook these, all the recipes I am finding seem like they are made for a thicker cut of meat.
Any ideas?
Cheeseburger, chicken and bacon in a can? I'm not so sure. But am I the only one who thinks that the prospect of ribs in a can is so crazy that it just might work? More »

dirt bikes for 20 years? So I'm slowing down my physical activiity a bit, but not wimping down.Any advice from old timers like myself? I want to do it to stay in shape, have fun and not take up golf. I'm also getting into surfing because I see other old timers having fun with it.
I've never grilled beef ribs but would like to try it out. Is there anything I need to know when buying beef ribs? Any good recipes you have used?
