i heard that there's a way to get "roaming internet" or something on your ipod touch like an iphone has but i was wondering if you get this feature by jailbreaking it

With Sprints S.E. Plan, is there a limit to the amount of roaming you are allowed? I read somewhere that there are only a certain amount of hours you can roam without charges. I was considering Sprint, but noticed most of their coverage is roaming.
