i have never seen such bad customer service these phones are horrible they shut off while checking your messages ,they blink constantly and you cant use them or they just freeze and you have to remove the battery i have a contract for another year and a half can we upgrade before our time .i pay...

Every time I try to update my phone, it will either say that the server is unavailable, or complete about half-way and stop saying the server is unavailable. I've been trying for a week at odd times so I know it could not possibly be an overload of the servers.

I haven't fooled around with this setting for a while. I remember being able to set my alert sounds as ringtones for my contacts without formatting the sounds as ringtones. Does anybody have this phone for Verizon and know how to do what I'm asking?

I have been looking on verizonwireless.com and every time i search ''Samsung Rogue'' it wouldnt even show up. Maybe this is something not on the site or something...help? thanks
