I want to know to to set up a custom ring tone on this phone. I know how to get the song (aka ringtone) on the phone, but how do I apply it as a ringtone?

It is driving me INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, does the software that it comes with allow for syncing with windows contacts?
