...the break but is continuous!? I cant work out what this noise is but it is a bit embarrassing! It looks as if it is something to do with the break as it is very hot on inspection! Need to know how I can fix this cheaply as just paid out for another problem and have not finalised that bill...

front tyre on my Rover 75 is flat, I need to change it but I removed all 5 screws and the wheel doesn't come off (it's not even a bit loose). Is there any hidden additional screw, etc. that needs to be loosened, or what should I do? Thanks
