Can I add the my own RSS feeds to the Windows 7 gadget. When I open this gadget I can only see the default ones they put on. I can choose which categories of feeds I want to see, but still I can't add my favorite feeds?

Hi, I have an icon suddenly appeared on the screen of my sony ericsson K770i , it is a little red 'RSS' with a green tick and I cannot find anything in the menu that might tell me what it is or how i get rid of it !!
If anyone has any idea what I do to get rid of it I would be really grateful :)
Sprint Instinct just recently updated their web browser to include a RSS feed reader on its favorites menu. Can you tell me how to use this and what are some good Rss reader websites to use. Thx
..."Microsoft Feeds"? Yea so...um when I go on options on the feed gadget I get nothing but Microsoft Feeds/Home...Microsoft Feeds/Work...Microsoft/MSNBCNews and whatever... I subscribed to some other RSS feeds and they're not showing up. How do I get them to?
Google Reader? When I went to click the RSS icon to subscribe to a feed, I made it so it automatically would go to Google Reader. But now how can I uncheck that option so it just goes to the RSS page and I can choose which application I want.
