What do you guys think is going to be rare in runescapes future?? (Berets, gnome scarfs, ele' costumes.. ect.)

i was just wondering if anyone had any idea how much xp per hour pest control gives you on runescape. i would like to know the xp/hour for both the 70+ boat and the 100+ boat
