some of them are wrenches that are stuck,,,,i need something to soak the tooks in and then something to wiped the rust off. if anyone has any suggestions, i'd be happy to get them. thanks

Don't be discourage, most auto body shops can add a metal skin over the quarter panels. Just go by a good auto body shop for and estimate.You will find it is not as bad as it looks.Good luck wit that.
