my father owns a 94 chevy s10 pick up. he replaced the antenna and antenna cable but he still cant get many stations. is it the stereo?

i have a 99 chevy s-10 xtreme and i put in a 10 in rockford rosgate subwoofer and i hear my engine sound coming through my sub. i recently installed a cold air intake and the sound that my intake is making is the same sound that my subwoofer is making. how do i get rid of the sound?

I keep blowing fuses when I try to start my truck. The fuse that blows is my Ignition A fuse its a 40 amp fuse. I was wondering where I should first look to find a short or the cause of the fuse blowing? Please help!!!

is it EFI compatible or is it even gonna fit in the 1998 chevy?
