Just want some good salmon recipes, it's my favorite kind of fish lol. But I don't mind getting other fish recipes..as long as it's not lake fish such as cat fish, etc. I personally think they taste like dirty water. lol. So...preferably ocean fish recipes. :) Thanks!

I know salmon is an oily fish, but salmon doesn't agree with me for some reason. Cod agrees with me more. So is cod an oily fish? Also, what nutrients does cod have?
