I just ate a turkey and ham subway 6 inch on their web page it says 290 calories, but does that include cheese? Also what bread does that include?

...italian dressing w/homemade bread? Just need to know how many calories are in this home made reuben sandwich. I made the bread from scratch.

What should I go for?

For school everyday I make my lunch. I always make a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch and i was wondering if anyone had some easy to make sandwiches.Preferably, something you could make with common household items. Please do not include any tuna or anything of that sort.
