Can I run iPhone SDK on Apple OSX thru VMWare Workstation in my Windows XP machine?

I know that SDK is for making apps...right? and the standard program is for distributing them and what else???

I am downloading osx86 (kalyway) leopard version and I wanted to know if you could download, install, and use the iphone sdk (xcode or something like that) on osx86.

I registered and am at the download page, but it wants me to run updates for a mac computer. Is there elsewhere on the official site where I can get a windows download?
