    secure vs unsecured internet?

    Is this at all possible, if I were to set up a router can i make it secure and continue to have my neighbors internet unsecured? I'm looking to make my internet secure while theirs is unsecured

    I say you aren't Googling hard enough, mom. P.S. AOL provides a cool service like that and even gives her a 15 minute warning and then kicks her off of AOL perm til the next day..
