They wrote the book Life Extension in the early 1980s. I really enjoyed it but have lost track of the authors.

I am currently with Shaw and am moving into a duplex with some people. I will only have one room. I wanted to transfer my internet and cable to that room, which I know wouldn't be a problem. EXCEPT there is not cable jack in the room, or phone jack! Is there anyway that I can still get it?

I have been using Telus and without warning, they have sent me a disconnection notice if I don't stop exceeding my usage limit. In your experience who is the better isp and why? I am thinking of changing and would like some oppinions. Thanks!

Does anyone know if Shaw Internet or Rogers internet is better? I want one that is $35 or under (regular price) that gives decent speed.
