    What is the circular device always seen on the window of a ships bridge?

    I always see this circular device on one of the windows on the bridge of a large ship. It is about two feet in diameter. Its always there, on old ships and new. WHAT IS IT?

    ...within 5-7 days, when will it ship? I ordered a shirt and used 2nd day shipping (after the ground or whatever shipping) and then when I went to the tracking form it said it usually ships within 5-7 days, will the order ship after 5 days and take 2 days or will it ship and get here in around...
