A relative of mine has very painful frozen shoulder. Co-codomol has been prescribed but only takes the pain off for a couple of hours. At this point they can't take any more meds so its only about 2 hours sleep per night. I believe they are booked in for some form of operation on the shoulder...

It doesn't really HURT, per se, but rather it feels very awkward and makes doing pushups very frustrating. What should I do? It happens whether I put my elbows out or keep them in.
