    I notice people do that very little here. I was wondering if everyone kept to themselves everywhere, or if where I live is just unfriendly.

    I see people jogging/running or riding their bikes through my neighborhood all the time. Usually they are running in the street next to the sidewalk. I understand doing this when there is a bike lane, but there isn't! So all the cars have to move over to not hit the person when the person would...
