So if I use bittorrent to download from chinese sites, are the chances of getting caught lower than if I were to download from a US site? Thanks.

...book tours in Australia? Most sites seem to have lots of flights and hotel information but not much on the day tours and activities. I guess that there are English and translated Chinese versions of sites too and the locals in China may use the translated ones more often?
