I'm 12 years old and... I'm not fat, but i am not skinny. And I REALLLY want to get skinny again. I am active, well kinda, all i drink is water. I never eat snack foods. I eat healthy foods. I dont get it. what is wronge?? I wanna try to loose 10 to 15 pounds
Not all skinny girls are anorexic, some just naturally can't gain weight. Why should they stuff themselves with unhealthy food and get cholesterol and other problems just because people say they're "too skinny?"
Aside from people with eating disorders, I think thin or slim girls generally work...
So my question is PHYSICALLY how can you tell a person who is skinny but healthy compared to someone else who is skinny but an unhealthy skinny?
