m.skype.com gives me an old version of skype. Im using a s60v5 phone

I have Nokia N97 phone. I downloaded Skype from www.skype.com/m in my mob. But unable to connect it through Wi-Fi. It simply asks for access point through my mobile operator even if i am connected to a local ntwrk.
