I'm looking to buy a thinkpad t410 and the place i'm ordering it from said that if i buy a 500gb hard drive at 7200 rpm, it will make my machine run slower than a 320gb one also at 7200 rpm. The rest of the comp is going to be an i7 or i5 processor with 4gb ram. Any thoughts on their assessment...
I can't find it anywhere...I know that this specific software slows down the 3g iPhone but I'm not sure if it slows down the 3gs or even speeds it up. I might purchase one with ios 4 already installed so I don't want to buy it if it's slow.

Because I have Mercenaries 2 on Ps2 but the cars go really slow and i saw a video on youtube.com Where a Monster car was going really fast up hills and stuff, But when i tried it on my Ps2 version My Monster car was going EXTREMELY slow!

I have been able to play dvds on my pc. Then I popped in a mini dvd-r for the first time, and now the Windows Media Player will not play regular dvds at the right speed. It's like a second slower and the audio is crackly. How can I re-adjust it?
I used to have vista and utorrent installed and would be downloading torrents on average @ 3.5mbits, but since I installed xp pro it only downloads @ 1mbit on avergage. And ive made sure that the settings were the same in utorrent as my previous install..
Any ideas?
