There's talk of this "marketplace" where maps can be bought, sold, and downloaded for StarCraft II.. Now that the game is out, I can't seem to find it anywhere. Is it included currently or will it be included later on, or is it on a website?

The other day I traded in 2 games for credit at Rogers Plus. Now that I notice, the games I traded are on the list to get Starcraft 2 for free. Is there anything I can do to give back the credit and in turn get the game?
I just picked up starcraft 2 this morning, got home to start installing. I put the dvd in my dvd drive and the dvd does not autorun (like it is supposed to). I went to my computer and my dvd drive shows there is no dvd/cd in the drive when it is clearly in the drive.

I have recently acquired Starcraft from my friendly neighborhood BitTorrent. I installed it with the CD key and all that jazz, but it insists on having the actual disk. What do I do? (Aside from buying the game for $20, of course.)
