    What are some good stereos to buy?

    I'm looking to buy a good stereo for my bedroom, which is about 11x10x10. My budget is $200 but I would like to spend less than that. I'd like it to be iPod compatible with 2 or more separate (or detachable) speaks.

    I have a turntable and speakers. What do I need to now play records? Just an amp to plug in the turntable and speakers? So I need "phono" on the amp? And do the speakers hook up to the amp too?

    Do older stereos only play cdrs with wma or wav files?

    I burned a CD-R today of all mp3 files and when I loaded it into the stereo it came up "10 Tracks" and "34:16" for the time, which was correct.
