I don't have time to go into a store and try out a cross trainer. Can you recommend as many sites/ companies as you can?
Also any models you would recommend. I'm medium height(female) and looking to lose some weight and tone up. I'm not looking for a second hand cross trainer either I want one...

I need to suppress my appetite because its causing me to eat a lot. The natural things such as drinking water, eating more fiber, etc don't work. Water goes right through me and fiber doesn't do anything I get hungry again in less than an hour.

here in staten island we have way too many of those things. we even have tmobile and verizon wireless stores not only inside the mall also right next to it too and im not talking about independent retailers im talking about official flagship stores all over the place. all we would probably need...
