I have a short .mov file for my DVD Menu's background and a JPEG file that I want to use as an overlay. For some reason when I set the JPEG file as the overlay, it is not the right image. Why might this be happening? I've done it before and don't think I've done anything differently.

I have Windows 7 and I've updated the software for the webcam driver but I cannot for the life of me figure out why it's not working. It's built in, so I know that it's not disconnected, unless it's disconnected inside the computer, so I don't know why it is telling me to connect the webcam. If...
