I got the above system , but the installation guy says i need a longer speaker wire for the surround sound system... i found a 1.5 wire (don't know what that means) in the nearby market is it good enough ?? .... i need 32m of it

People told me video doesn't matter but sound matters. plz help thx

What should i look for when purchasing a system? I would like to watch sports and other cable channels in surround sound, what do i have to purchase.

and will it work with my regular cable on my tv or do i have get a special type of system?

I am putting together a set of nice Klipsch speakers and I plan on having 5.1 or preferably 7.1 surround sound-- but my ancient receiver just doesn't make the cut. What receiver should I get? ("Audiophile" quality, please)

everytime i turn my stereo up to a certain point it turns off and it has this little light that blinks on it that says timer but there is no timer on it and at a low volume it will stay on all day is there a way to fix this
