When my friend texted me a normal message saying maybe... "Hey how are you?" When the text finally got to my phone it was just a bunch of symbols and letters, the letters looked almost German with the dashes on top, and I thought he just hit the FN button but I sent a normal message from a cell...
lately alot of my text messages in my inbox are weird symbols and not just the *(^)$_#$# symbols odd symbols like the ones you can insert in microsoft word. (ie) Þ??˶™
and its not a failed picture because i asked my friend to check her sent messages and they were all in english.
And by culture I mean all aspects of it: books, television, plays, architecture etc.
