I see the slits beneath the bumper for the plate mount to fit in, but there are no holes or dimples to poke thru to support the top half. Can anyone assist me in this befuddling task?

i'm going on a trip to lake tahoe with a group of people and was wondering if there were any cheap places to rent and go snowmobiling

will I be able to just put them on? Like I said, I have 17 inch rims on my 2007 Tahoe and I want to put on 20 inch rims. Do i simply have to buy new tires and the new rims and then put them on and I'm good to go? Or is there more I must do?
