they said that taiwan volts is 110. but my hair strengthening and cellphones charger is 220volts. how can i plug it to hotels plug. do i need to buy avr / regulator or transformer ? how can i know which transformer can plug into 110volts ? is there any specific instruction written on it ?

I'm just curious because some Taiwanese that I know does not like to be considered Chinese people and their country is listed as Chinese Taipei? What happened?
