I have a family plan and 4 phones 1 is already up for termination 1 is up for termination in 2 months 2 are only 1 year old will they pay my early termination for all of them

I have a iPhone 3G with At&t and want to downgrade to a regular phone with At&t because my current service bill is just way to much money for me. I want to know if i get a new pphone with at&t with a new cheaper service fee's would they make me do the $175 termination fee???
