the bottom of my throat feels really strange and uncomfortable, if i smoke more it goes to my lungs and makes me feeel kinda sick. The upper part of my throat feels constricted also

i dont smoke that much, average 2 puffs a day, i DONT have a smokers breath at all, could he still tell?

So my throat is swollen right above my adam's apple. It's really swollen. It hurts to the touch. I can sort of fell the lump and it's pretty decent size. It's 1 in the morning. The doctors office isn't open here. I'm really concerned about my throat swelling shut. What should I do????

I have a habit of running my hair through my lips (an odd habit that I picked up probably as a form of stress relief). When I do this for an extended period of time, my throat becomes sore or irritated. Is there something in my hair that is causing this?
