    Weird suspicious black SUV outside my house? Windows are tinted black?

    The vehicle looks a bit like a FBI SUV but it has no logos and it's quite larger. What is happening? What is this supposed to mean? Should I call the police?

    whem im indoors my tinted moisturiser looks nice and brown but outdoors it...

    I think it may be due to the lighting differences from when your inside your skin looks brighter but outside different. I find this happens to me as well!

    ...looks white and cakey...helppp? when i apply tinted moisturiser i do it smoothly , i cleanse tone moisturise before ..why is this ?

    I saw two black SUVs, same make, model, etc, driving in my suburb of Dallas. Doesn't this mean there is someone important in there? There were police cars all around just parked in random places.     What % for tinted windows?

    My friends got all of his car tinted from this guy that charges $200 for one car. Is that reasonable? I have a bmw x3. i live in illinois what % can i get on them without getting pulled over all the time. What % is under limo tints? thank you very much =)

    Can you re-tint windows that were already tinted?

    My driver and passenger windows are already done, (mitsubishi eclipse) but were done a long time ago so have some scratches and what not and i want to get my back window tinted should i get the front ones re-tinted or are the scratches on the windows themselves and would it looks the same???
