tinted

The vehicle looks a bit like a FBI SUV but it has no logos and it's quite larger. What is happening? What is this supposed to mean? Should I call the police?

I think it may be due to the lighting differences from when your inside your skin looks brighter but outside different. I find this happens to me as well!
