Weird suspicious black SUV outside my house? Windows are tinted black?

The vehicle looks a bit like a FBI SUV but it has no logos and it's quite larger.

What is happening? What is this supposed to mean? Should I call the police?

It's just a car which probably has every right to be there and could be innocently, but what makes you think it's suspicious? If you are concerned for your safety, call the police.
