tinting

What percent is legal in Delaware? i know it states in the laws that at least 70% of visibilty have to be on the front two windows and 15% in the back. but if i go to a tinting place and request 30% all the way around, will i be ok for inspection?

...out (ie. shoulder checks, etc) ? I've tried the cheap ones from Canadian Tire that stick on via suction cups, but I couldn't see through them, and the suction cups wouldn't hold it up for very long.

how much does it cost to get complete window tinting for a car i am interested in egtting it for a ford falcon au 1999 model i want the darkest legal tint hwo mcuh would this cost around??? or jsut how much does it it cost on average to get the darkest legal tint in australia prefarbly????

I want to tint my windows on my black Pontiac GTO. The state law here says I can go no darker than 30 percent. I don't really know what that means. Will 30 percent look good on a black GTO or would it be a waste of money? Please help!
