have installed the samsung pc suite twice now and cant get the multimedia manager to work every thing else is fine . have updated it too so its not that . any ideas please

My one is absolutely wrecked. I need the back that has the cover or flap to protect the phone screen. Also its the pink one I need not the black. If you can get ones to replace them does anyone know where I might find them and how much for? Thanks.
